When Brittany Thompson graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2012 with a focus on economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, she gained a position with NTT DATA that same year.

Now a Business Support Partner in the Client Management Services division, she gets to work with clients around the world.

“The NTT DATA Education Services team provides a wealth of opportunity for training and development. We have online courses available for technical skills, soft skills and management training,” says Brittany. “We get to participate in training pertinent to our role and the client industries we support, in order to do our job well, and there are also training plans if you’re interested in a lateral move or acquiring a new skill set.”

Since 1997, NTT DATA has grown its Halifax office operations to 800 positions. The company is now expanding its growth targets and plans to create up to 500 new jobs in the province.
