Nova Scotia has entered the next phase of COVID-19, with the easing of public health restrictions and the downward trend in new cases. Although this is positive, business owners and entrepreneurs are feeling cautious and must take a measured approach, shifting their attention now that many have reopened safely, while continuing to manage their evolving business needs and priorities, and supporting employees.
Join members of the Grant Thornton team, JP Furey, Nicole Deveau, and Jill Murray as they talk through topics for business owners and entrepreneurs to think and plan for in rebuilding the revival, including:
- Navigating employee issues and addressing concerns
- Creating an environment that supports resiliency
- Technology today: disruptions and impacts
- Implementing a virtual back office
- Reopening: the bottom line on cash flow
