An Introduction to Workplace Culture

In this 2-hour workshop, you discuss culture and the workplace and explore the relationship between a culturally inclusive workplace and organizational success.

By the end of this workshop, you will have:

* An enhanced understanding of your organizations culture. * A greater appreciation of the value immigrants can bring to your organization * An overview of ISANS, the Employer Support Services offered and specifically the ISANS Workplace Culture

Workshops are available via live-stream, in Nova Scotia.  

This is a funded program –  there is no cost to employers.
