Oded Hermoni is a Partner at Rhodium Capital and acts as a bridge for Rhodium’s portfolio in the Valley, since early 2012. He invests in early stage companies in Israel and North America.

Oded has invested in and been involved with dozens of companies including Zooz, Chosen, Yotpo, Rounds, Silo, Compass, Switchap, Comedy.com etc. Oded is also the founder and Co-Chair of J-ANGELS, IEFF (Israeli Founders and Executives in SV), member of the founding team and steering committee of ICONSV, and a Charter Member and a member of the screening committee of TIE SV.​ Oded has been in the tech world since 1999 as an Investor, Advisor, Entrepreneur, and a Journalist.

Before joining Rhodium, Oded headed the Israeli VC Industry Association and the Israeli High Tech Industry Association (known as IATI), was an investor with Capital Point Group and Maytag High Tech Ventures. He co founded 3 companies - TopIdea which was acquired by Yellow pages group, PictureLayers, and Matchup. Oded was a Captain (Res.) in the IDF. He received his BA and MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, married and a father to two, lives in Los Altos, CA.
