Nova Scotia is entering the next phase of COVID-19, with the easing of public health restrictions and the downward trend in new cases. Governments also continue to announce measures to restart the economy.  While this is positive, businesses must take a measured approach and shift their attention on how to reopen safely, while managing their evolving business needs and priorities, and supporting their employees.

Join members of the Grant Thornton team, JP Furey, Nicole Deveau, and Jill Murray as they talk through topics for businesses to think and plan for in the re-opening process, including:

  • navigating employee issues and addressing concerns
  • reacting to a changing work environment
  • assessing your workplace policies
  • developing a reopening plan
  • leveraging e-commerce
  • implementing a virtual back office
  • cash flow management considerations
