Nova Scotia Business Inc., in partnership with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, is seeking Nova Scotia wineries and distilleries to attend the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair that will take place from November 8-10, 2018 in Hong Kong, China.
The Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair has been growing steadily to reflect the increasingly mature wine market in Hong Kong and Asia. In 2017, the fair attracted a total of 19,872 trade buyers from 68 countries and regions of which 60% were from China. The fair welcomed buyers from major importers and retailers all over the world.
This is Nova Scotia’s second year participating in the show. The Nova Scotia booth will be part of the Canada pavilion and will be an open concept with co-exhibitors having their own counters within the booth.
As a co-exhibitor, each company will receive the following:
- Information counter with company logo and two stools
- Shared Literature racks and display cases
- Access to shared meeting space
- Two show exhibitor passes
- Company listing in the online exhibitor directory, Canadian Pavilion and booth directories
- $500 reimbursement allowance towards shipping of samples
Registration fee: $575.00 ($500 + $75 HST) per company.
Space is limited. All registrants will be screened for eligibility. Each company is responsible for all costs for travel, accommodation, and meals in market.
Payment to be made to Taste of Nova Scotia.

Add-on Trade Mission to Food Hotel China 2018, Shanghai: November 13 – 15, 2018
Following the Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Fair, there will be a mission to Shanghai, China for Food Hotel China (FHC). This is an excellent opportunity for companies who want to register for both shows.
