An Intro to Workplace Culture

In this 2-hour workshop, you discuss culture and the workplace and explore the relationship between a culturally inclusive workplace and organizational success.

By the end of this workshop, you will have:

1. An enhanced understanding of your organization’s culture
2. A greater appreciation of the value immigrants can bring to your organization
3. An overview of ISANS, the Employer Support Services offered and specifically the ISANS Workplace Culture Program

Workshops are available via live-stream, in Nova Scotia.  

This is a funded program –  there is no cost to employers.
