Your company growth is dependant on your sales. Understanding current sales trends and techniques will ground your planning and allow you to move forward with a concrete strategy for execution. This two-day training will consist of interactive workshops, group discussions and each company will have a 30 minute one on one call with Jake and his team after the training to help put what you have learned into action. Maximum of two people per company.

One full day will focus on building and scaling your business and another full day on sales and marketing best practices.
