Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with the Seafood Sector Export Team (SSET), and the Government of Canada, is seeking export-ready seafood companies to join us for the upcoming Atlantic Canada Export Café – Europe trade mission from February 2-6, 2026 in the United Kingdom (UK), Germany, and the Netherlands.

The Atlantic Export Café – Europe includes business to business (B2B) meetings with qualified European seafood buyers in three key seafood markets: Grimsby (UK), Hamburg (Germany) and Rotterdam (the Netherlands). Companies can choose to participate in one, two, or all three markets.

The meetings will be held in person for each location followed by a networking activity
and will be facilitated and organized by professional in-market consultants and Trade
Commissioners.

Mission schedule

  • Grimsby, England (UK): Monday, February 2, 2026
  • Hamburg, Germany: Wednesday, February 4, 2026
  • Rotterdam, the Netherlands: Friday, February 6, 2026

Registration fee

Companies can choose to participate in one, two, or all three seafood markets. The registration fee is per company, per seafood market.

Registration fee: $399.00 ($350.00 + $49.00 HST) per seafood market location.

  • One market: $399.00 ($350.00 + $49.00 HST) per company

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received by the Lobster Council of Canada. This is a first come, first served basis. To ensure that the project committee is providing effective activities and country focus, participants should expect to complete a pre-mission survey and two post mission surveys, one immediately after the mission and another 12 months later.

Companies are responsible for the cost of airfare, accommodations, meals, and any local travel outside of the mission schedule.
