Invest Nova Scotia recently led a trade mission to one of Asia’s top food and seafood trade shows, Food Taipei 2025, where Nova Scotia Agri-food and Beverage,Nova Scotia Seafoodand six outstanding Nova Scotia companies proudly showcased premium products from across the province. 

Innovating Global Flavors from Farm to Table 

The 2025 Taipei International Food Show showcased the latest innovations in the global food industry under the themes of "Precision Nutrition & Green Intelligence." Featuring a range of products from traditional delicacies to cutting-edge food technology, the event provided a comprehensive overview of the food supply chain. 

Delegates attended networking sessions and made use of a sourcing platform to tap into the latest industry trends and seek global partners. Food Taipei 2025 provides Nova Scotia exporters the opportunity to access high-potential new and emerging markets, contributing to market diversification in the Indo-Pacific region.
