Marin X Inc., an aquaculture technology company, operating as Sensor Globe, has secured a venture capital investment of $599,998.83 from Invest Nova Scotia. 

This investment will support the company to enhance its product platforms, increase sales and marketing, and grow its team. 

Sensor Globe combines proprietary hardware and software to deliver monitoring solutions designed to give fish farmers real-time insights during critical operations such as transfers and handling. The company’s sensors and advanced analytics enable farmers to improve fish welfare, reduce risk and fish mortality, and increase operational efficiency.

Blue Charm Adherence, a health-care technology provider, has secured a venture capital investment of $1 million from Invest Nova Scotia.

This investment will support Blue Charm Adherence as it continues to advance its product offering, grow its patient and customer base, and expand its team.

Blue Charm Adherence provides financial assistance and disease management programs on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry, supporting patients suffering from chronic illnesses. Its proprietary software harnesses real-world patient data around pharmaceutical use in chronic disease to enhance the effectiveness of health-care resources, improve patient outcomes, and empower individuals to take control of their health. Current programs support patients suffering from asthma, severe asthma, IBD, COPD, obesity, and diabetes, with new programs forthcoming.

This investment will support Novagevity as it continues to increase distribution and sales of its Sperri brand products. 

Novagevity is a medical nutrition company focused on the design and manufacturing of novel plant-based products for human health. Its flagship product is researched and designed by medical specialists and dieticians to provide optimum nutrients for consumers with specific health conditions.

3DBioFibR Inc. is driving the adoption of biomaterials in regenerative medicine, medical devices, defence, cosmetics, and sustainable textiles. Its patented dry-spinning technology enables scalable, high-precision manufacturing of advanced biopolymer fibers—delivering superior performance at industrial scales.
