This two-part series focuses on the Canadian defence sector & ITBs and supports Nova Scotia small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to understand and pursue defence opportunities. The series will give participants practical knowledge of ITB requirements, defence procurement opportunities, capability development considerations, and how to establish their Canadian Content Value (CCV) and defence-focused business profiles.

Session #1: Defence Sector and ITB Awareness Training
Tuesday, December 1 | 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

The first session will introduce participants to Canada's defence sector, key procurement pathways, the ITB policy, and the foundational elements of an effective defence-focused capability profile.

Session #2: Defence Capability and ITB Profile Review
Monday, December 7 | 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

The second session will provide participants with practical guidance on evaluating and refining their defence capabilities, aligning business strengths with ITB priorities, determining their CCV and establishing their defence sector and ITB profile.
