Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with Agriculture Agri-Food Canada, is currently seeking Nova Scotia agri-food and beverage companies to participate as a Co-exhibitor in the Canada Pavilion or Show Walker at FoodEx Japan, in Tokyo, Japan from March 10-13, 2026. 

FoodEx Japan stands as one of the largest and most influential food and beverage trade shows in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together over 2,800 exhibitors and more than 76,000 visitors from 80 countries. The 2026 edition will provide an exceptional platform to explore emerging Japanese market trends, connect with leading importers and distributors, and engage with over 3,000 major global brands. As a premier international hub for business development and market expansion, FoodEx offers unparalleled opportunities for companies looking to strengthen their presence in Asia and beyond.

Co-exhibitor details

As a Co-exhibitor, you will receive:

  • Dedicated space in the Nova Scotia booth where your logo, company information, and products can be displayed.
  • Networking reception with key buyers and other Canadian companies participating in the mission, organized by the Trade Commissioner Service.
  • One-on-one time with the Trade Commissioner.
  • B2B meetings set up in advance by the event organizers.
  • Hotel list with preferential room rates provided by the organizers.
  • Assistance on ground.

Co-exhibitor registration fee: $1140.00* ($1000.00 + $140.00 HST)

Show Walker Program details

As a participant of the Show Walker Program, you will receive:

  • Access to the trade show.
  • Use of the meeting space/tables in the Canadian Pavilion.
  • Networking reception with key buyers and other Canadian companies participating in the mission, organized by the Trade Commissioner Service.
  • Opportunity to meet with the Trade Commissioner.
  • Hotel list with preferential rate provided by the organizers.
  • Assistance on ground.

Show Walker Program registration fee: $342.00* ($300.00 + $42.00 HST)

*Companies are responsible for all costs associated with travel, accommodations, and meals. To help offset your travel expenses, please consider applying to the Export Development Program.

All participants are required to complete the survey included in the Eventbrite registration page. Responses will be reviewed to ensure the best fit for the mission. Companies that are not selected to participate will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
