Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with ACOA and the Atlantic Canada provinces, and in collaboration with Food and Beverage Atlantic, is seeking Nova Scotia food and beverage companies interested in joining the Atlantic Canadian Pavilion at SIAL Canada 2027, taking place April 27–29, 2027 in Toronto, Ontario.

Companies can choose from being a co-exhibitor or show explorer.

SIAL Canada brings together buyers, decision-makers and industry leaders from grocery, foodservice, wholesale, manufacturing and more—creating an opportunity to showcase your products, build new relationships and explore markets beyond Atlantic Canada.

Co-exhibitor details

Join the shared Atlantic Canada Pavilion alongside other companies from across the region. Participation includes:

  • Exhibit space within the Atlantic Canadian Pavilion
  • Two exhibitor registrations and 10 guest invitations
  • On-site chef to prepare product samples
  • Up to $650 reimbursement toward shipping samples
  • Access to the Hosted Buyers’ Program and SIAL education sessions
  • Inclusion in pavilion marketing and delegation materials shared with buyers, Trade Commissioners and partners

Participation fee: $2,500.00 for first-time co-exhibitors. $3,000.00 for returning co-exhibitors.

Show explorer details

Attend SIAL Canada as part of the Atlantic Canadian delegation without exhibiting. Participation includes:

  • Two show badges
  • Access to shared meeting space in the Atantic Canada Pavilion
  • Delegation activities
  • Inclusion in the delegation summary shared with buyers, Trade Commissioners and partners.

Participation fee: $750.00 per company.

This project is being supported by the Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Strategy, a partnership between the Government of Canada and the four Atlantic provincial governments. The Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Strategy is a collaborative, pan-Atlantic approach which aims to help Atlantic businesses begin exporting, increase their export sales, expand to new markets, and create global partnerships. The strategy was developed jointly by the provincial governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, and the Government of Canada.
