Breaking into the U.S. Healthcare Market
The U.S. healthcare market is complex, highly regulated, and full of opportunity. Atlantic Canadian digital health companies with innovative solutions often face significant barriers when trying to enter this space. Scale-Up Hub Cambridge (The Program) is designed to remove those barriers by providing the knowledge, connections, and support necessary to establish and grow a presence in the Boston market and beyond.
What is Scale-up Hub Cambridge?
The Program is an exclusive program that supports Atlantic Canadian digital health companies that are ready to expand into the U.S. market. Through a combination of expert-led training, business advisory services, and in-market networking, participants gain critical insights and direct access to key stakeholders in the U.S. healthcare industry.
This program is structured in two phases:
- Phase 1: Foundational training and advisory support, including sessions on U.S. healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and business development strategies.
- Phase 2: In-market engagement, including B2B matchmaking, pitch refinement, and access to co-working space at the Cambridge Innovation Center.

- Have a proven product or service with commercial traction
- Are ready to scale into the U.S. market
- Have regulatory approval (or are in the process of obtaining it)
- Are committed to participating in training and in-market activities
