EverWind is a Canadian energy and infrastructure company developing large-scale renewable energy, green hydrogen, green ammonia, and digital infrastructure projects across Atlantic Canada. The company is building an integrated clean energy platform that combines renewable power generation, low-carbon fuel production, marine logistics, and data centre development to support economic growth, energy security, and decarbonization.
Anchored by its operational deepwater terminal business founded over 50 years ago in Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, EverWind is advancing North America’s most advanced green hydrogen and green ammonia projects, supported by a portfolio of over 3.3GW of advanced-stage renewable energy developments, with 2.4GW of fully permitted wind projects. The company’s renewable energy assets are designed to provide clean electricity for industrial growth, low-carbon fuels, and digital infrastructure.
In parallel, EverWind is developing large-scale digital infrastructure opportunities at Point Tupper, leveraging access to renewable power, industrial infrastructure, water resources, port facilities, fiber, and strategic connectivity.
Working in partnership with Mi’kmaq First Nations and local communities, EverWind is committed to responsible development, economic reconciliation, and long-term value creation. Through its integrated energy and infrastructure platform, EverWind is helping position Atlantic Canada as a leading hub for clean energy, sustainable industry, and digital innovation.
EverWind’s Point Tupper Green Hydrogen Project is a large-scale integrated hydrogen-to-ammonia facility at its existing marine terminal. Phase 1 targets ~200,000 tonnes per annum of green ammonia, produced from electrolytic hydrogen using renewable power from newly built onshore wind projects. The project leverages established port infrastructure (storage, loading, and export capacity) to deliver green fuels to international markets, particularly for industrial decarbonization (e.g., fertilizer and energy sectors).
In parallel, EverWind is developing digital infrastructure opportunities at its campus in Point Tupper terminal, leveraging the same site advantages: deepwater access, large industrial land base, and access to renewable power. Together, these developments form an integrated energy and digital infrastructure platform—combining renewable generation, industrial processing, and high-load power demand at a single site to maximize asset utilization and long-term scalability.
