NexGold Mining Corp. (TSXV: NEXG, OTCQX: NXGCF) is a Canadian gold exploration and development company with two cornerstone gold projects – the fully-permitted, shovel-ready Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia and the Goliath Gold Complex in Ontario. Through a series of strategic M&A transactions, the Company reduced single-asset risk, eliminated major third-party debt, and bolstered cash reserves to advance its material projects toward financing and construction. With permits secured at Goldboro, progress at the Goliath Complex, and additional assets in Canada and Alaska, NexGold is positioned as one of Canada’s newest and most advanced gold developers.
The Goldboro Gold Project is being advanced by NexGold in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, approximately 1.6 km north of the village of Goldboro. Located along Route 316, the project benefits from nearby infrastructure, services and skilled labour, helping support efficient access and future project development. The Project currently has an NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.58 million ounces of gold contained in 21.6 million tonnes grading 3.72 g/t gold, and a projected mine life of approximately 11 years at a targeted annual production of approximately 100,000 ounces of gold per year initially, plus organic expansion opportunities. With all major federal and provincial permits in hand, Goldboro is shovel-ready and expecting a construction decision in the second half of 2026.
