Invest Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, in partnership with the Global Affairs Canada, are recruiting Nova Scotian seafood exporting companies to participate in a business-to-business (B2B) event with an incoming delegation of buyers from Chinese seafood importers.
The incoming delegation from China plans to visit Atlantic Canada following their travel to Boston, MA, for Seafood Expo North America (SENA).
Participating Nova Scotian companies will be matched with appropriate Chinese seafood importers, based on their products and interest, and engage in business-to-business meetings scheduled by a matchmaking consultant.
Please note, the Chinese buyers are interested in the following species: lobster, coldwater shrimp, hake, redfish, sea cucumber, scallops and others.
Venue to be confirmed. Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Light refreshments will be served.
