Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and the Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and supported by the Government of Canada, is organizing a trade mission to the Gulfood 2026 (Gulfood) trade show, January 26-30, 2026, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We are currently seeking export-ready seafood and agri-food and beverage companies interested in participating as a co-exhibitor or show walker at Gulfood 2026.
About Gulfood
In 2026, Gulfood enters a bold new era as it continues to stand as the world’s largest food and beverage trade show—now twice as large as before. For the first time in its history, the world’s leading food supply exhibition offers a more expansive, immersive, and strategically connected edition than ever.
Gulfood serves as the international benchmark for the global food community and remains the most recognized exhibition for business transactions, industry expertise, and networking. It provides an unparalleled opportunity for retailers, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, chefs, and industry thought leaders to discover the latest innovations, connect with key players, and explore the trends shaping the future of food.
With more than 6,500 exhibitors, participation from over 130 countries, and 12 key sectors—including a new technology section and forward-looking platforms—Gulfood 2026 not only reflects the current state of the global food industry but also defines its future direction. Through strategic alliances, record participation, and a renewed focus on sustainability, innovation, and global food security, Gulfood 2026 becomes the place where supply chains are reinvented, partnerships redefined, and the architecture of the world’s food ecosystem redesigned.
