Expression of Interest | Asia Fruit Logistica 2025

Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with Agriculture and Agri-food Canada and the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong, is seeking agri-food & beverage and seafood companies interested in participating in a trade mission to Asia Fruit Logistica 2025 (AFL) from September 3-5, 20205 in Hong Kong.

AFL is Asia’s leading international fruit and fresh produce show, attracting buyers from Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, and the Philippines. In 2024, AFL welcomed over 13,000 trade visitors from 70+ countries and nearly 800 exhibitors from 42 regions.

For the first time, Canada will have a pavilion, offering opportunities for exhibitors and show walkers to join the trade mission.

Mission Features

• Pre‑departure market briefing on fresh produce trends and opportunities in Hong Kong and Asia
• Co-exhibitor space in the Canada Pavilion, a prime hub for Canadian businesses at AFL
• Learning about the market trends and opportunities in Hong Kong and Asia
• Connecting with prospective customers in Hong Kong and Asia
• Tailored business‑to‑business (B2B) meetings with potential buyers from across Asia
• Site visits to fruit wholesale market and retailers in Hong Kong
• Full access to the exhibition and conference

Companies will have the option to participate as Co-exhibitor or Trade Show Walker.

Trade Show Walker Highlights

• Three-day trade show pass (Fee to be covered by the company.)
• Access to the trade show floor
• Participation in the pre-show fruit wholesale market and retail programme.
• Access to B2B meetings (These are not guaranteed and will be prioritized for Canadian exhibitors with booths.)

Co-exhibitor Highlights

• Booth space within the Canada Pavilion (includes stand, lockable cabinets, display boards).
• Shared meeting facilities (tables and chairs for B2B meetings).
• Electricity setup, booth design, printing, and other standard furnishings.
• On-site product and brand exposure to buyers and industry attendees.
• Facilitated B2B meetings with potential buyers from Hong Kong and across Asia.
• Access to the pre-show fruit wholesale market and retail programme.
• Frozen fruit companies may incur extra fees for freezer rental, enhanced electricity setup, and related equipment.
