Program Overview

The Export Growth Accelerator Series is a structured, sequential learning experience designed for Nova Scotia business owners, founders, and executive leaders who are serious about expanding into new markets.

Export growth does not fail because of effort, it fails because of:

  • Unclear market focus
  • Weak positioning in unfamiliar markets
  • Inconsistent digital presence
  • Poor early-stage discovery and qualification

This three-part series addresses those gaps directly.

Participants will move from strategy → visibility → disciplined execution, supported by post-session micro-learning reinforcement inside a private Slack community to ensure implementation — not just inspiration.

Program Structure Format:

  • 3 Half-Day Executive Workshops (Delivered in Sequence)
  • 5 Post-Session Micro Learnings (Slack Community)
  • Tools, Templates & Execution Frameworks
  • Peer Discussion & Application

Day 1: September 24, 2026
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (ADT)
Module 1: Go-To-Market Strategy for New Export Markets
Purpose: Move from “We could sell there” to a structured, testable, and investable export plan.

Day 2: September 29, 2026
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (ADT)
Module 2: Social Selling for Leaders Who Want to Show Up Online & Convert
Purpose: Build credibility and visibility in export markets. Social selling in international markets is not content marketing, it is strategic relationship-building.

Day 3: October 1, 2026
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (ADT)
Module 3: Discovery Sessions Master Class
Purpose: Increase win rates and deal quality by strengthening early-stage qualification and problem definition. In export sales, weak discovery is the single biggest destroyer of margin, time, and credibility.
