Who Should Attend?

Participation is open to all Atlantic Canadian companies—ACADA membership is not required.

Participation Options and Fees

Option 1: Demonstration Kiosk
New participant: $4,000 + HST
Returning participant: $4,500 + HST

• Demonstration kiosk with TV, electrical, storage, seating, and branding opportunities
• One representative registration
• Discount for additional company representatives ($250 off Walking Participant fee per additional representative)
• All benefits included in the Walking Participant package
   

Option 2: Walking Participant
New participant: $1,500 + HST per person
Returning participant: $1,750 + HST per person

• Dedicated DSEI E-ZONE Portal login
• Participation in the shared Canada pavilion
• Access to an on-site meeting room
• Regular mission communications and updates
• Promotional opportunities (logo display, brochure stand) at the ACADA booth
• Company profile in the digital ACADA show brochure
• Invitation to the ACADA and Canada receptions at DSEI
• Dedicated mission support from ACADA’s experienced team
• No-cost consultant support pre- and post-event to help achieve your business goals
   

Option 3: Mission Supporter
Per company: $500 + HST

• Listed in ACADA mission delegate list for marketing and advertising
• Promotional opportunities (logo display, brochure stand) at the ACADA booth
• Company profile in the digital ACADA show brochure
• Invitation to the Atlantic Reception at DSEI

The Mission Supporter option is perfect for companies with their own booth at DSEI who want to support ACADA’s mission or for organizations unable to attend but looking to maintain their presence at the event.

Participation Costs:

Travel and accommodations are the responsibility of participants. Financial support may be available through the Export Development Program—contact your respective Regional Business Development Advisor for details.
