Invest Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture, in partnership with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and other provinces, are seeking Nova Scotia companies to participate as co-exhibitors or Show Walkers at FoodExpo Japan in Tokyo from March 11 to 14, 2025.

FOODEX JAPAN 2024 brought together 2,879 companies (1,073 companies in Japan plus 1,806 companies overseas) from 68 countries around the world and close to 80,000 people (trading companies, wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, agriculture, hotel-related suppliers, etc. buyers, etc.)

As a Co-Exhibitor in the Atlantic Delegation, each company will receive the following:

  • Dedicated space in the Canadian Pavilion where their logo, company information, and product can be displayed, producing an ideal environment for conversations with visitors.
  • Networking reception with key buyers and other Canadian companies participating in the mission. organized by the Trade Commissioners posted in Japan.
  • One-on-one time with the Trade Commissioner who makes himself available at the Canadian pavilion for the duration of the show.
  • B2B meetings set in advance by the event organizers.
  • Hotel list with preferential rate provided by the organizers.
  • Assistance on ground.

As a Show Walker in the Atlantic Delegation, each company will receive the following:

  • Access to the show
  • Use of the meeting space/tables in the Canadian pavilion.
  • Networking reception with key buyers and other Canadian companies participating in the mission. organized by the Trade Commissioners posted in Japan.
  • Opportunity to meet with the Trade Commissioner who makes himself available at the Canadian Pavilion for the duration of the show.
  • Hotel list with preferential rate provided by the organizers.
  • Assistance on ground.
