Jen Fuccillo is an Investment Principal at Invest Nova Scotia, where she plays a key role in identifying, funding, and supporting early-stage clean technology start-ups. She leads prospective investments, oversees the review and approval process, and provides strategic guidance to portfolio companies, helping them secure capital and scale globally.
With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Jen has founded businesses in both Canada and the United States. She is also a dedicated mentor, working with global start-up accelerators, business incubators, and community improvement initiatives. Her deep understanding of both the investor and founder perspectives allows her to bridge the gap between innovative companies and the resources they need to grow.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Design from NSCAD University and an MBA from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University. Passionate about driving innovation and economic growth, she is committed to supporting companies that are shaping a more sustainable future.
