Maritime Launch Services - Industry Day

Maritime Launch Services Ltd. (MLS) is hosting its first-ever Industry Day in partnership with St. Francis Xavier University. The Industry Day event is designed to educate potential firms with specialties in the types of services and materials that will be required by MLS as plans are made for the commercial spaceport in Atlantic Canada. This includes a broad supply chain of companies working in areas such as:  architecture, engineering, general and service construction, iron work, protective and general service contractors, fuel and gas suppliers.

The Industry Day event will include a presentation by Steve Matier, President of MLS, and will be followed by invitation-only, one-on-one meetings. MLS is continuing to develop relationships with local and regional companies to support their construction and operations plans for the facility with the intention to hire locally as much as possible.

Agenda 9:30 am - 10:30 am – Presentation to industry  10:30 am - 1:30 pm – One-on-one meetings (Invitation only)

If you are interested in attending, please register and indicate if you would like to be considered for a one-on-one meeting.  Note that applicants will be pre-screened for eligibility and suitability by MLS and will be notified of their acceptance by MLS for one-on-one meetings.
